Warmog's could be good on Garen, since the guy can farm minions, though FoN gives not only MR against pesky casters, but a speed boost so no champ can run away from your Judgement.

warmog's is a bad item. Takes too long to make for it to be effective. I'd go for force though all you need is 4 sunfires boots and GA.

Hey, if you're not last hitting, you're not farming. Warmog's needs you to last hit minions a lot. I don't see a problem aside from the farming required to get Warmog's in the first place. Here's how I'd do it, get the health gold generating item, builds warmogs and boots. Farm up FoN, sunfire and one GA (though not necessarily in that order) before finally building randuin's omen. The AoE slow is worth it late game and I should be last hitting enough with my spin and the sunfire passive to feed warmogs.

But that would just make him tanky, I'm using a different build:

FoN, Mercury Treads, Sunfire Cape, Phantom Dancer, Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer.

Nope. I usually have two before too late in the game. Then again I do play Mordekaiser with htis build alot. He farms like a beast and will most likely rape you, your dog and your family when he goes down that middle lane. My prefered build.

Warmogs, Warmogs, Force of Nature, Thronmail, Guardian Angel, Boots (swiftness or mercury treads)

You'd be better off stacking gia''ts belts honestly. And even though morde is very capable of going mid. He shouldn't be because it robs your team of getting a proper carry lvl'd. At the end of the game look at the amount of minion kills you have. To farm up warmog's you need about 94 minion kills? Compare that to teh amount you have at the end of a game. That's a lot of dayum minion kills. Warmog's gives nothing but hp. No armor or magic resist. There is reason to buy it over something like a sunfire or any flat hp item. It's also a pretty useless tank item since it only gives hp and nothing else. And the characters that it would actually be good on i.e mundo have problems farming and will get it to late for it to be effective. You'd have ot rush it early game in order for it to be somewhat useful. By this point the enemy team will have out done you in items. Madred's and kog maw will also knock you down in a matter of seconds.
You'd have to pull some s*** like this honestly.

Mundo's lane phase is more epic harassment and the occasional bait enemies in to getting themselves killed, but that's how I see him played a lot, dunno about you. If you really were gonna farm the normal way for warmogs, I still say Cho and Mord don't have a problem with this. They rack up minion kills pretty fast thanks to their AoE/multi-target skills. Hell, I think even Nasus could farm up one warmogs and a boots before the surrender limit if he last hits like crazy (not that hard).

Also from your link, how is efficiency calculated?

I hope there's a tank with the ultimate "Immovable Wall" just to make that joke.

Anyway, Sona seems to be a bit of a Stance dancer like Udyr, and the new items sound interesting.

Skill-wise I mean, maybe the character could say "Show me a unstoppable force, and I'll grind it to a halt!" as a taunt/joke/whatever.

Looking at new skins, apparently Mordekaiser and Sona have a Pentakill skin, and Queen Ashe and King Tryndamere.
