Lloyd is balls man.
He's good online though since people can't do much when delay's on your a**.

There are so many characters who get a bigger advantage from lag. Ichigo, Link, DK, BM, Naruto, Samus, and Megaman for sure. Maybe even Tails, Wario and ZSS.

Also at first, I felt like Lloyd was bottom tier online. But that's a changed opinion now that I've played online for quite some time now.

Well, I have successfully incited a Lloyd riot. The thing is, you could take that away and he'd still be S tier or damn near it. He's like the easiest dude to play and I'm surprised so few people are using him well, at least in my online experience. Maybe one way to fix the dash thing is to take away it's ability to eat projectiles?

That and make it laggier.

I wouldn't say tails has a huge advantage online. He's the most technical character in SSF2.. You have to use tails tech moves in order to win matches and believe me most of his tech's are really hard to pull off.. Like his pseudo wavedash and down special jump cancel.. Since most online matches have input lag.. Chances are you won't be able to pull off any of his tech moves...

Not really. Tails is really good and has abuses aspects, outside of his tech. He's like Melee Fox; can be highly-technical, but having strong fundamentals are way more important at making the character good.

Not yours in particular, but another actually destroyed my Mario. Of course the match was a bit laggy, still. I just don't see how fun he could be, he's kinda an awkward character to control for me.

You play Sonic. You can play Lloyd. He's easy as pie. In fact, every character I've played of yours is more difficult than Lloyd. Must not gel with your style, I guess.
