The colors are definitely an improvement; It's more vibrant than before, which is something that I personally prefer. I do think the color choices could have a bit more contrast though.

It looks Jaggy, It can be Fixed.

The chest plate is a bit low, and sorta looks like its cut halfway with the shovel. Shovel handle looks a bit flat and horns a bit thin, but other than that it's a good start. I like the colors and pose.

This looks really good, but I have to say that the chest plate looks a little weird.Same with the legs.

It had a Bigger Head, The same tail

And PM's Mewtwo is kinda the Same as the upcoming Smash 4 Mewtwo.

Cool! Your revamps are coming along at a nice pace. I won't give any nit picks any more because I may end up trying to endorse my own style onto yours.

Improve at your own pace, and try move away from being dependent on tracing is all I can say. And make sure to experiment and test heaps. Self improvement can only come if one's self permits it.

Then just change it. No one is forcing you to trace it, so try making a custom tail that fits.. part of being an artist is overcoming physical and creative barriers.
