I've personally never used it. For what I've heard, is pretty easy to use, but it's almost impossible to create complicated games from it.
Is a program which you should use if you are small and you want to start Coding

[*]Games Hacking tools

typo in bold

You ask for hacking tools. For what to test out the games? I guess you can use cheat engine to test games without waiting to level up or earn the gold.

Anyway, 3D Wings is a 3D modeling tool that is free and very basic to use.

I going to download and try to make a RPG. :P I pretty sure it going to fail but I bored.

Well, for starters, Hacking tools hack the code of a game, so it could be called "coding".

But taking that out, there are people who open the "source code" of a game (with some tools I'll post later) and modify it from there... not just clicking a new image, but modifiying the code as if they were the programers.
if you are able to modify a code of a game to make your own game or GameMod, you are coding.

So like there people who hate runescape because they got banned and yet love the game itself so they make like 1000 copys (rip-off) of the games. I used to know a good coder who was able to make new items and quests for her rip-off of the game.

As for the typo, I fixed it for you, it should be coding but you have "coing".

Edited because I not a double posting nub. :P

I found that I hate RPG maker because that 30 day limit...I not going to be rush into making a game. (Which I wont be able to update.) So I checked the MyGameBuilder site, it pretty good. No downloads and 100% free. Only thing you may hate about it is that you may need to take off a tool bar to see the full screen. I took off my status bar with something else so I could be able to see how to make a game. This should be a good site but if you hate drawing then bad news...You have to draw everything. So far I have not seen a way to upload a picture *cough* Ichigo *cough* so if you suck at drawing, then skip it.

I just remembered this one program that you could use to make RPGs with that is extreamely simple but it is on the limited side of the scale (though I've seen some really cool games made with it) it is called the O.H.R.R.P.G.C.E. (Official Hamster Republic Role Playing Game Construction Engine) also it is still active so if you want to get features into that engine you can be a developer of it (or bribe one of the people who are already developers)

MyGameBuilder only good for making maze-like games. Still, no download and free accounts, so it won't hurt to try it out. I still going to look at the other programs listed for a 100% free RPG maker.

That... only special versions of RPG Maker needs paying. (at least, I got it for free)

And for any kind of game, if you want a free sofware, I suggest Game Maker...

is like having flash or of C++, but it's A LOT easier than C++ and less expensive than flash.

(I think that those two are better once you got experience and money, but not before)

There is one version of Game Maker which can be used on the game boy DS...

also, the games produced with it can be played in a DS... what's so difficult about that? :?

I look more at Mygamebuilder.com and notice that it pretty new...They WILL have a way to make RPG, it seem to be in testing as only mods have games with it. I just going to wait for them to get done as I like the idea of my files will be on any computer that have IE for firefox and my computer is kinda old and may die on me at any time.
