this is my first Rp bio, tips would be nice

Name: Percy P. Penguin

Appearance:
Bio: Percy was born in a parallell dimension where birds evolved to become smarter than humans, he grew up in a rich family and was tutored, when he grew up he became a proffessor of science. When he attempted an experiment to visit other dimensions his assistant broke the dimension travelling belt causing him to be randomly teleported to different dimensions and time periods with absolutely no control over when or where he goes.
Gadgets: Being a scientist he developed many weapons and gadgets with which to defend himself with such as; a monocle that can be used to scan objects and see through walls and a shotgun cane that he stores ammo for in his tophat.
Personality: Percy will analyse almost anything. He is very positive unless someone is killed. His weapons are only for self defense.

Most prefer a written appearence, and a small list of gadgets would help. I can't help much now, rushing for something
