Palutena for SSF2?
We need another Female Character for the SSF2 Roster

If certain sources are to be believed, then the roster's not finalized anymore.

Well Lisnovski IS a dev now, so I wouldn't be surprised if some of his sprite works (like his Sonic and Knuckles ones for instance) end up in the game.
And yeah I wouldn't mind Palutena as long as there's a Pittoo Pit too.

Sources? What sources? I've never heard of this before.
Though I also feel like the roster isn't finalized anymore. Just a nagging gut feeling.

While I understand why they would come up with a pre-planned roster, but I'd also like it if the roster wasn't finalized. That said, a lot of the characters we'd probably get if it wasn't finalized will probably be released as DLC anyway(if that's a thing still).

At this point of the roster its hard to really guess who will be in the game. (especially now cause of sandbag) So here is some surprising characters that could possibly be invited into super smash flash 2

I honestly hope that we only get three sonic characters, and that they are Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. I really don't want to see Shadow. Adding him just seems like over kill. Also, if we do get a fourth then it should be Dr. Eggman. To me I see the Sonic trio as the Mario, Luigi, and Peach of their franchise (basically the most well known characters). Dr. Eggman would be the Bowser. Basically the big 4. However, IMO, adding Shadow would feel like adding Daisy to the game. There's nothing wrong with wanting them, but I just feel like both would be a bit over kill.

Also, I think that will get Simon Belmont, a new Pokémon, Pit, and King triple D. Heck, we may not even get that. Spriting takes a pretty long time, and the ludicrous amount of characters people are speculating make it seem like a breeze.

By that logic, you'd assume Beta's roster is all we're gonna get for the full game.

I speculate that Ganondorf will not be added, because there is no way to implement him without upsetting a lot of people.
If his moveset is changed, his Smash mains will be upset and alienated that their character was made boring.
If his moveset ISN'T changed, then the insufferably whiny and unpleasable Zelda fanbase will start complaining again.

I, for one, am firmly in the camp that would rather have no Ganondorf at all than an altered Ganondorf. Don't ruin one of the most enjoyable, satisfying characters in the series just to placate a fanbase that won't be satisfied with whatever changes are made anyway. The P:M version is about as far as I'm willing to tolerate, and frankly, even that's pushing it.

I could see Lucas and Mewtwo being added into the final version as unlockables because of their high fan demand for DLC.

The act of alienating people doesn't make sense to me. In Smash 4 Pit basically got a complete overhaul from his Brawl incarnation. No one b**** then.

In SSF2 it can be argued that the devs. are alienating fans of the current Mega Man with his overhaul in beta. No one's complaining as of right now.

It's entirely possible to bring Gaondorf into SSF2. He could just have a mixture of different elements from his original smash counter-part, and his actual games. Like, literally basically all of his moves could be the same, but give this man the energy toss from the N64 game (Orcarina or whatever it was called), give his neutral-special a sword (I think that's the way it is in PM), and give a short hovering ability.

I don't see what's so satisfying about playing a crappy and obsolete version of Captain Falcon (especially since Ganon has nothing to do with the F-Zero series, and the devs. having miner tweaks to the characters could make for even more interesting experience).
