I really like the warrior! Especially the redish palette.
Something seems off about the mage to me, especially when compared to the warrior. I think outlining and shading, while structurally great, doesn't have the same smoothness.

I've taken a second look at the mage after your comment, but I have to say that I can't quite pinpoint areas where I think the outlines of the mage lack smoothness, but thanks for the feedback. Maybe I'll take at third look at it later. I've been at it for around 5 years, it's a matter of practise. You can do it if you put in the time and practise. I'm here to help if you need me. I think smoothness was the wrong word. It just doesn't look quite as natural to me, possibly because the outline on the head doesn't follow the shading as much as on the warrior, but both of them are pretty damn good.

Damian class ok. Can that knight girl change into that class too? Also I really like the knight too and the ninja. Are the stats made for fun?
IDK if it's because of the angle but the tip of the spear seems to tilt

sorry if this is a bit off topic, but around how long does it take you to sketch this stuff? i imagine it might take a while because you need to think about the design and what your characters will look like while you're drawing it, but im still curious

No actually, these are for a board game I'm developing to play with friends, where the stats will come into play. I'll take a look at the angle of the spear, I think I might know what's causing the tilt. Good question; I think the ninja sketch took around 10 minutes. I find sketching with a pen very comfortable so it usually doesn't take me all that long. As for the design, I knew directly which influences I wanted to pull from and how I wanted the design to look as compared to Mage and Knight, although you'll find that when the design made the transission to sprites there were still quite a few changes still. With the design for the Mech Class you'll see that I had more trouble coming up with a good coherent design (and I still haven't) and as such those sketches took me longer.
