Shouldn't the "clear forum cookies" or whatever button be with the Mark forum read etc.. I Just think it will be easier to see and use for people when Directed to it.

I think that's more of an advanced tool, you don't want a 10 year old randomly clicking that button because it says "cookies".

No I would prefer to leave that there, it's not a commonly used feature and I don't think it should be shown so obviously upfront since it could cause problems for people who don't know what it does and click it
