Not neccesarily any character in specific but we're always looking for people who can animate well, yes. And you certainly got potentional, I enjoy visiting your gallery. You could work a bit on your colour pallets and shading though, the sprites still look a bit flat every now and then. Try more contrast and anti-aliasing if you've got the time.
