Sorry if during the weekend I don't happen to have 3-4 people with me who want to talk about Pokemon, or Youtube, or Anime for an hour or so. Sorry if during class I'd rather talk to people here than do revision on topics that really only need to be learned once to be understood.

Whimmy, for one that believes so fervently in respecting other people's tastes and opinions, you're terribad at doing it yourself. Nobody is forcing you to listen, nor does anything-obvious-- spur you to attack the participants but your unconstrained emotion- I would be very appreciative if you could simply ignore subjects you do not enjoy, rather than foolishly lashing out at them~

Friends aren't for talking about s*** rehashes of the same game, terrible animes, and bland internet memes, you don't understand the point of having friends, which is having a unique bond with other people that goes beyond what you talk about, it's a sense of comradery(sp?) and respect for one another. For example, my friends are important to me because what we experience goes beyond what we like. Hell, my friends and I are very different beyond the fact that we "play videogames." Yes, that was the reason we first became friends, but we are very different people with very different interests. The thing that pulls us together is our strong relationship through that various experiences we went through over the years, not what we talk about.

Sure I guess you can say friends are just for talking about things you like, but that's a very shallow reason to have friends.

Yes, I know, because see, I never said or even really implied that the people here were the only friends I had, or that the friendships I have here demonstrate the length to which any of my other friendships go.
Believe it or not, while my relationships with various people chop and change, go up and down, over the years, there are 5-6 people that I would definitely consider my closest friends, after knowing them for upwards of 5-6 years. We know each other very well, have been through a hell of a lot together, try to hang out as often as possible and are generally very honest with each other.
Now for some reason you've decided I live near a big city, which is certainly not the case, and I have no idea where you're pulling that information from. Probably just a last-ditch effort to back up an argument that is falling apart before your eyes. Because in fact, I live in the middle of no-where, really. Most of that little group I described above does. We go to a selective high school, one which is considered the best one along the coast, so for that reason all of us have to travel quite a distance to get there. We make that effort not only because that's the best high school around and we made it through the selective test, but because we also all went to a selective CLASS for the last two years of primary school, and had bonded a lot already, as well as sticking together through some very changing experiences. That's the main reason we all travel so damn far every day and every afternoon. Not to get a good education. To see each other.

You may not have been having a go at someone's opinions or preferences, but the concept still applies here. You aren't entirely pleased with what's going on for whatever reason, as usual, and you've decided to pop in and take an aggressive approach towards telling everyone why you don't like what we're having fun doing.

If you want to have fun, go post your tool s*** in spam.
