Saw this on another forum, thought it could be useful.
[a] = Acronym BBCode. For example, [a=laugh out loud]lol[/a] When you hover your mouse over the text, whatever you put after the [a=] will appear. I was thinking we could expand upon this (If possible). Maybe make an acronym filter than automatically changes some more frequently used abbreviations, like so: Filter "ftw" to "[a=For The Win]ftw[/a]" And to show they have bbcode on them, the color could change (Like URLs do) to maybe purple or something. Well I mean It could be useful for the n00bs that come in not knowing what any of them mean, if we autofilter it. I can also see it bieng used in some lulzworthy situations. |
