If you get a grab at about 60 you can fthrow->one DD->Knee usually, thats pretty funny

double post but I'm the only one who posts in here anyway so w/e
tips for beating floaties and small characters as CF? in a bit of a rut atm.
had a small breakthrough today by just stomping at like every opportunity cause punishing with nair hasn't been working out, and that's an improvement at least.
I can only ever get KOs from uair -> followup or randy bair atm. kirby straight up destroys me also.
pls help

Whenever I play a floaty as Falcon, especially Puff and Kirby, I just spam dtilt in neutral because it catches them in ways that SH aerials don't and try to get them above me: it's where you can get quick kills. I hate how there's a really thin window between killing with Knee and comboing into it, so you end up either getting really lucky or killing with bair or uair.

dtilt - gotcha. I have tried that but it's hard to go from relying on nair to having it completely whiff every time. need to condition myself. btw ledgedrop -> short hop -> instant sideB is the fastest way to refresh your ledge invincibility as Falcon. timing is sometimes hard but it's not that risky anyway as if you mistime it you'll just sideB onto the stage usually. since my explanations suck here's a gfycat to demonstrate: https://gfycat.com/VigilantClearcutAppaloosa

Low percent D-throw to knee High percent D-throw to knee or dair or uair depending on character probably already known AI's are easy to hit with falcon punches, but it's best to use it to cover recoveries like Fire and spinning kong Something completely useless: Short hop to instant Falcon Kick does pretty much nothing, expect act as a 2nd taunt http://youtu.be/3n8glBnhcb4

I encountered a bug today. If you use Final smash as Captain Flacon, the game freezes when the Blue falcon hits your opponent in online mode. It's sad how your match ends in online mode.

basic techchase info for any newbies that haven't played melee: confirmed that these work in ssf2 btw. - while standing next to where the opponent finishes their tech in place/tech roll, you can easily react with a knee/maybe stomp.
- due to this, if standing next to their possible tech in place option whenever you force the opponent into a techchase, you can cover tech in place AND missed tech very easily. (knee tech in place, jab reset missed tech)
- although you think you might not be covering tech away or tech in, you can still react to both of these with dash canceled grab after standing next to their tech in place area.
- if their tech away option is cut off by the ledge (i.e their roll length is shortened by the ledge) then you can knee/bair tech in place instead of just standing next to it and still cover tech in or away on reaction. This means that you don't have to rely on reactions if they tech in place. You will not connect the knee if they miss the tech, unlike in melee. I think you still have time to jab reset before they can get up though. This requires further testing.
basically, this means that you should never drop a techchase as long as you can dash to their tech in place area in time. No reads required.
unconfirmed: - standing next to missed tech and then reacting to a tech away/in with a stomp. This is possible in melee but I'm unsure whether it works in ssf2 due to falcon's lower inital airspeed.

ikr?? I especially like to space bairs against jiggs/kirby and then mixup every now and then with a sliding dtilt. sets up pretty nicely for uair -> knee at the right percents too.

One does not simply nerf the Knee of Justice... Besides that, Knee is fine. DI is the magical word here... Or am I the only one who is fine with da KNEE?
