I once dreamt of going to school. Then I suddenly went all "bird's eye view" and I couldn't move diagonally. Then I met up with one of my classmates who usually doesn't come to school as early as I do, and suddenly the screen (wtf? screen?) flashed and I read: "The Cranky Gamer joined your party!", and I was going "lolwut" but my mind told me this was all normal and I didn't wake up yet. Then we went to battle some algebra problems. TCG RANTed every other turn (wtf? turn-based battle?) so he wasn't much use.
Then: "Funny Kid Who Plays Soccer (Football for Brits) And Has ADHD joined your party!" I checked his stats (wait, what?) and saw that he his GUTS level was 255. BOSS FIGHT! Boring Integrated Science Teacher went back to normal! But Cranky got hurt and collapsed... And I woke up when this girl I liked was about to go talk to me. I got to school an hour later than usual, but was still thirty minutes early. This was a few days after I started playing Earthbound. _________________ Man is only separated from heaven by that which he will not ramp. |
