Could we add icons on those little red/gray circles?
Like for SSF2 Discussion, we could have Mario, and for Spam, the spam can. Ideas could be a lightbulb, RPG could have a little sword icon, and whatnot. Just a little addition to the forum. Nothing really important. Perhaps you could change the settings in the user control panel as well, if someone doesn't like the icons. I swear, nobody's gonna be on my side, especially Hakker. Aw. I can just hear their voices/posts... OMG NEWB USELESS FLAME HIM! Can we permaban Him Hakker? _________________  |

Then, why don't we have any themes here?
Additionally, either Zero Insanity is right in that a banner takes long to make, or he's working too hard. This might take long to make, and the person making it would probably put everything into a simple spam icon WHERE IS HAKKER? _________________ |

Actually that would be pretty difficult to make, being that in the phpbb3 forum code the icons are displayed by functions like FORUM_NEW, FORUM_NONEW, and FORUM_READONLY, or something to that degree. Writing completely new functions for 40-ish different forums on the index would be rather time-consuming for DeepThought. (b/c hakker cant write in php lululululululululu)
yeah, in b4 hakker slams the topic shut with big capital NO! psst hakker why do you insist on closing every single topic that's answered couldn't you just set the forum to auto-prune topics after 7 days of no responses? Because some of the suggestions are pretty good and it wouldn't hurt to further discuss some of them >_> _________________   |

Wait... Couldn't you just keep the same functions, but replace them with icons? For example, you could have Mario doing his "Strongman" pose for "FORUM_NEW", then he could have his lose animation when there's "FORUM_NONEW, and "FORUM_READONLY" could have a subicon in the corner. Like a pair of glasses. I'm just trying to make the forums, er, how do you say... more... customizable. Couldn't you just let the users assign icons to the post then? In the user control panel, you could set icons from your computer to it, and boom! It might be time consuming to both allow them and when they're doing it, but its their preference either way.
