Any tips about getting your teeth out?

Well anyways i have a loose tooth well i know its kinda weird for a 15 year old to have a loose tooth well anyways this is my last baby tooth so any tips to get it out quickly? this darn tooth is bothering my sooo much!

that door trick is probably the most PAINFUL way to take a tooth. and yeah i can be a baby when it comes to these sort of things.
