It's both parkour and free running mixed in with some martial arts some of the flips and stuff. We mainyl do it to get active, stay in shape, but most importantly have fun and become better at it of course.

LOL yea i saw this before I was like my a** <.< who cares if its 100 ft above the ground 50 ft or 1000ft if you fall your dead anyways. wasnt really impressive.

FYI:I enjoy skating very much and I would enjoy it even more only if it didn't come with getting bruised often.
