Post How to clear the memory cache in Windows 7?
Even though my laptop has 6 GB of ram, over half of it is stuffed into this cache where it becomes unusable. I need a way to empty the cache so that it can run better. Can anyone help me out?

Click on the start menu and type %temp%, a window will open. Choose all the files and press shift+delete. Once you are done with it go to my document and move the files to a different drive. That you would do.
