I definitely remember seeing that is up b doesn't have a parachute on it like in Melee, but he still has his brawl nair, which I like a lot. I know that the turtle is going to be awesome with disjointed hit box, chaining, damage build up and knockback at the end. Reminds me of B. Mage's nair where he builds up damage through it and if you hit the end it does knockback somewhat, but G & W's knockback on turtle will probably be greater, but I think that Mr. G & W will be about around 16-20th in the tier list, as it seems like a really good character, but still has the flaws of his main smash games, especially if he drops as fast as he does in melee in his up b.

He's not as light though, he has amazing throws, aerials, and smash attacks, so I can't see him being that low. It looks like he has an easy time killing.. But his main problem is probs his recovery/reach. _________________ Mains  and  |

He didn't fall as fast as Melee during the APEX demo and we added parachute, but I'm playing around with the idea of giving him Melee nair and just having him generally not fall as fast out of upB unless you FF. We'll see though.

Oh, you added Parachute already? OK, cause I was re-watching some Mr. G&W gameplay from the APEX build, and while I know that was an early build of Beta, I felt like Mr. G&W was falling a little...TOO fast for his Up+B like that, though to be fair, for all I knew players were just fast-falling during that. |
