I just finished Drill Dozer for the GBA.
Jill could work perfectly as a newcomer. Not only she is arguably one of the best female protagonists in Nintendo's history (despite having almost no dialogue), she also has a wide variety of attacks that can make up for a moveset as good as Chibi-Robo. (She also went inside a friggin missile and stopped it from the inside if that counts)
This is the character I want to see the most in this game, I personally loved the game and wish it had more fans, and I think SSF2 could certainly help the game had a better reputation and fame (similar to what happened to Chibi Robo)

While I DO speculate Shadow, Luffy, Crash, & Rosalina & Luma, I speculate Lip to be a fighter. She would have such an awesome potential for a moveset.

I still love how people are still using my sprites for their SSF2 dream rosters. It warms my heart.

I never got around to seeing that game but she is a cool Assist Trophy. I never played or watched footage from the games so i dont know a good moveset but from what i have heard and seen I think she would be a cool addition

- 4th Sonic Character (I Put This Because I Know That If I Put A Certain Characters , They Are Gonna Rebel. Its A 50 / 50 , Most Likely Shadow Or Amy. Cause Remember The Adventure Mode , Yea There Is Most Likely Bosses. And Who Else Can Be The Sonic Boss...Dr.Eggman. So I Don't Think He Has Good Chances , And It Could End Up Being A Bowser Jr. Clone)
-Luffy (I Think He Is Probably Gonna Be Either The First Expansion Character Mcleodgaming Makes Or A Unlockable Anime Character. He Can Be A Very Unique Fighter With How He Fights In The Amine One Piece. People Dont Want Cause He's Overrated But It Probably Cause They Think 3 Anime Characters Are Enough. I Don't Think That's True , I Still Think Sasuke Can Get In To Be Honest. But Its Very Slim. But The Final Point Is He Can Be The Mr.Fantastic Of Smash Flash And He Has So Much Potential But Who Knows What The Roster Is. We Got Game And Watch As A Starter , That Say's Alot About The Roster.)

Mewtwo coming back to smash bros really doesn't help his chances in getting if they finalized the roster awhile ago and I feel with so many different Pokemon out there I would like it better if the dev team make a new Pokemon fighter instead... If they decide to make four Pokemon slots [which I feel is pushing it for this game with the variety and all] then it's all good to me but for now if they do three slots then I'd like at least one new SSF2 Pokemon fighter.

As for Pit and Ice Climbers I'd be fine with them getting in [less ok with Pit] but I really don't want anymore characters in the smash bros series cause you could honestly just play super smash bros to be these characters. SSF2 to me feels better when you play as those characters that aren't on the smash bros roster [Sora, Ichigo, Lloyd, Black Mage, Bomberman, and etc.] cause it's more unique.

Don't know Geno so can't say much on him and as for Crono back at the time when he was confirmed as part of the roster; Crono was the most incomplete character with hardly any moves and like Lloyd he used the same sprites from SSF and perhaps this causes the doubt. I would love Crono but seems unlikely to me.

Four Sonic characters might be pushing and I would rather have Chaos as a boss opposed to Eggsman.

Why do all people think Eggman would just be a Bowser Jr. clone? Don't you see that, I don't know Bowsy's moves come from Mario enemies, while Eggman could use Sonic enemies and moves from his multiple battles.
They have nothing in common aside from the concept.

Well there are characters that don't really have much potential for a moveset. Goomba, Metroid, Isabelle (from Animal Crossing), Dr. Kawashima and Andross are some examples.
