leleouch didn't die, c2 was riding on a wagon talking to him, what was going on between nanally , zero, and ogy. that doesn't sound very tied up to me. that and the world can't stay peaceful for long, something always comes and f#$%@ it up!!!

Then the anime would be ruined. Besides, Lelouch killed anyone who opposed his plans, I doubt there's anyone left who has the balls to screw around with the current emperor.

I figured something else out. the director of sunrise inc, the company that made code geass, said lelouch died. Which he did, the person has to die before their code activates, charles and c2, or cc, both died before their code activated. lelouch got his code from his father which didn't activate till he died. he then went away into the country to live with c2, or cc, which is were season 3, or r3, will start, or a little after.
