I like playing him in his base form then playing him in Kaio-Ken.

I'm just gonna say this, even though I don't main, secondary, or even tertiary Goku, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE his design.

He can be played Defensively, with decent weight and fall speed, and Great Horizontal Recovery

He can be played Offensively, with pseudo-wall of pains and Kaio Ken

Overall, he can be played for any way effectively, either as a Tank, a Flying Brick, or even a Glass Cannon

In terms of survivability, Goku wins this due to him.being a medium-heavy, high faller, though at the lower end of it. Naruto is a medium-light, above average faller, which gives him some good vertical endurance, but only okay horizontal endurance. Though Naruto is a good combo falling speed.

Goku also wins in recovery, but Naruto wins in edge guarding.

Naruto can keep Goku out with his clones, but Goku has some attacks that can cancel them out.

Goku also has the better mobility of the two and then if Goku can transform into Kaio-Ken then Naruto will have trouble.

They both can combo each other to death, Naruto will die earlier though.

To me, it can go either way, though it wasn't a mu I didn't do a lot so I might put it as even, slightly in Goku's favor.

Yeah, I thought that Goku has some advantage over Naruto, since everytime I play with my friend, which has Naruto as his main and I have Goku for my main I have no problem beating him, even though that the shadow clones that Naruto makes are pretty good counters to Goku, and if he manages to get Goku in the air its pretty much game-over, since Naruto is faster than Goku.

Mobility means speed and I just posted that Goku is faster then Naruto is.

Naruto has a bit faster attacks then Goku bade, but in Kaio-Ken, Goku attacks become faster and stronger.

I am not sure of your skill level or what you guys do in a match.

I really hope that you're talking about Goku's F-air. If yes, then it's not perfect. It's more than just "perfect". I would say it is overpowered but then again; you're using kaioken so there you go.

The meteor/spike is ridiculous IMO.

Its a semi-spike base and you have to sweet spot it.

His kaio ken is a meteor smash.
