I saw it on the Wii U blog. It is old news but there will be more news about this soon. I think it might be a remake of ALTTP because the tech demo looks like a boss battle from that game.

No-one has said anything about it being ALLTP related. They've confirmed it's a new Zelda game, but right now they're debating which art style to go with.

The graphics might be the same as the tech demo but Nintendo is making casual games for the Wii U too so it might be Skyward sword style with HD graphics.

I don't think so. Nintendo EAD are the developers behind the Mario games, not the SSB titles. That right there proves that they are two different franchises. And anyways, SSB in itself involves a handful of different franchises, not solely Mario. Also, knowing Nintendo, they're probably done with the Super Mario Galaxy series and have plans to move on. That makes sense given their history of Mario games and the fact that his next adventure will take place on an entirely different console, which will more or less use the tablet controller in some way. |

If that's the case, I speculate a Mario RPG series to start for the Wii U AFTER the events of SMG and SMG2.

Well, in terms of timeline, Nintendo has never confirmed how the the Mario's Timeline is set unlike the Legend of Zelda, so we don't certainly know if that I bolded could be truth. _________________  So long, McLeodGaming Forums... |

Miyamoto confirmed that there are new characters, and IP's coming to U some that will appeal to Core gamers. Iwata, and co. are on the case about it! Which is a good thing!
 I see great things, and mabey a home Nintendo home console that has the best/most first party, and third software line-up that surpasses the Gamecube, and SNES finally!
Oh really cooking, and Shooting don't seem to be of use yet! _________________
