The Devs have been known for being unpredictable and this could be no exception. Plus Incredibles 2 comes out in a few years, so the Devs may want to add him back.

Animu characters, ok(I guess), but nobody would play a Smash game, even if it's a fangame, with characters likeMr. Incredible. And yes I know SSF1 has him, but compared to SSF2, SSF1 looks like a bootleg.

If we're talking about Gen 2, I'd rather have Typhlosion or Feraligatr, unless they can get Pichu in as an alternate version for Pikachu like in Crusade.
