I personally dont see how it could end up too powerful, given Link's fast falling speed, and his generally mediocre vertical recovery, it would make it risky if missed. Thats not enough to balance out a move though right? Well at least he will have a meteor that can be more easily used, rather than his weird down tilt meteor.
Wait, i got "power" mixed up with "utility" Though, i would probably just say, if they find it too strong, then just weaken the amount of knockback and/or damage it deals.

First, you actually don't know if any of those traits were modified for smash 4. Second, balancing a move isn't simply reducing knockback. Third, there was multiplayer testing. MULTIPLAYER TESTING.

Just saying, they could just modify a few things, rather than removing the meteor effect entirely, which is what he implied they would do if the move turned out to be too powerful. Link has generally always been a fast falling character, with a not so great recovery, sure i dont know if thats gonna change, but its not likely to change, not by much anyway. Again, i dont know, but its my speculation. At least he confirmed that they are doing multiplayer testing lol.

Online will always have delay, and it also depends on each individual player's internet connection. So you will still be seeing lag, you probably just wont be seeing as much of it.

So far, WiiU has shown very good online capabilities, so no reason to think it won't be able to handle smash well.

Well, maybe it'll work for the WiiU, but what about the 3DS?

3DS online is really really good EXCEPT that there's a certain brand of router that it doesn't function properly with. it can still do eshop and friend list and browsing and spotpass and all that but actual in-game stuff like mario kart races or kid icarus battles dont work.

Okay, stupid question, but just to be clear, we're all buying this game, and just spending our time right, right?
