Usergroups are meant to be groups with special privileges, not to be randomly created by normal members just for the sake of looking like a team or something like that.

When I first saw this topic I thought it meant to bring the whole "Clubs and Crews" section from the old forums and I was like, "heck yeah!" but then it was usergroups. It might get kinda strange, and some people would probably make things already made, while others would be idiotic.
