Yoshi - Topsy Turvy Stage

I'm getting back into spriting so here is what I made for practice.

It looks as if you copy and pasted a bunch of sprites you found online and the parts that you did actually sprite yourself need tremendous work. Mostly detail and shading.

Yeah most of the sprites I used to develop the stage were from The Spriters Resource. Remember I said this was practice so detail and shading wasn't that important to me when developing the stage. I appreciate the feedback though. :D

I am gonna be practicing for a while just to see the quality of the work that I publish.

I'd work on detail most if I were you. Anyone can make a stage without detail.

I don't understand how something is 'practise' if you basically don't do it yourself.


For what it's worth, the layout is pretty cool though.

Specifically, that yellow area... What exactly is it supposed to be. Sand? The wizard of Oz's yellow brick road? Overall, every needs detail.
