You could try and find someone who could go with you, better than doing the spinning roulette that is Solo Queue.
That said, I usually don't prearrange unless someone invites me.

I solo queue 99% of the time ever since I started. I don't whine like a f** about it. It pays to play as a carry in the low levels. For extra cheese, use stealth heroes.

I play Kog, Nidalee, and Nasus.
Nasus matches are usually wins because loltank by endgame.
But when faggots ragequit, I end up losing.

Yeah, early-mid game heroes are best at low levels. At high levels, its the dudes that enter late game with a slight advantage that wins.
