Can we just take a moment to take aboue Falcon's new colors?

The Green one is nice, overall been nerfed. Doesn't have as saturation greens the stand out.

The Blue kind of the same, but way better.

But the red with white/lgith-tones is amazing. He looks like a cross between Kyoryuger and Mighty Morphin' rangers.

Which colour do you mean when you refer to Captain Fabulous? None of the colours look like that lol.

cause Hax (the best falcon main ever imo) used the pink falcon costume when he mained falcon in melee

I look at that as the weird purple-green colour.

I played around with hue and saturation to get what looks the most like Captain Fabulous.

Honestly, the pink head looks weird in these but this looks more like C. Fab than any other colour.

I would decrease saturation to make it not as bright and jarring.

But yeah, even though just hue and saturation (And perhaps lightness) there's a ton of nicer looking color schemes possibilities.

That's exactly it. I think that mostly the devs just wanted to get colours out, and they can start coming up with extras that look better. Chibi-robo has some great looking ones, like the Gold colour!

So interestingly, when Falcon jump-cancel grab, goes about the same distance a normal dash-grab (1/4 of ToS' base distance).

But when he dash-cancels, he slide farther (about 1/3 of ToS' distance). You dash, press down, than grab.

So this can be away to get chain F-throw, at higher percents where it normally be harder to get the next grab.

I love this dude. Probably the most fun character for me. I wish his usmash had a slightly larger hitbox, but he has so many other options it doesn't really matter. I just find myself doing it sometimes because it's such an effective move for my other mains. It's ridiculously situational with Falcon. I'm gonna look into practicing that science, zalo. Sounds interesting.

how's my cf? ~any tips?

Overall it's actually good. The basics are there, just needs some refinement.

If you're gonna approach in neutral, approach with running SH nair. You will get punished a lot for random knees or sideB to approach.
If you go for a knee offstage and get the soft hit of knee, you can almost always combo that into an uair immediately after you hit the knee. Even better, you can sometimes combo it into strong hit of knee.

Basically your combo game is fine, it will improve naturally in time. Just work on spacing nairs, and dashdancing -> punish in neutral instead of sprinting all over the stage all the time.

I really like this match-up, doesn´t really matter as who I´m playing as I always enjoy it. (And this is a really good set btw.)

Anyways "back to the match" your CF seems pretty good to me, you know all the basics and I like that you are very mobile, when I see someone like that it sometimes gets in my head especially in a rolling scenario, but never as much as someone who is DashDancing just outside of my range, so I suggest you to learn that tactic too and mix them both. I also saw you doing 3 side-specs in just a 10 second time lapse in the first match and you used it to recover atleast 90% of the time, maybe you could switch it up a bit. Even if it kills the momentoum... getting edge-guarded at lowpercent is not worth it.

Other than that I don´t know what to say, your falcon is already looking better than mine maybe if you try using both f-tilt and d-tilt a bit more; since they put your opponent in an uncomfortable position, and maybe you can find a good way of using D-spec just because it deals 16% when its fresh, and B-air for edge-guarding idk...
