Waluigi is a likeable character because he's a mysterious character who is practically a doppelganger of Luigi and his relationship to Wario is still a mystery. Some say they are brothers, and most say they are partners. I tend to believe in the Easter Egg in one of the Mario games (Mario and Sonic: At the Olympic Winter Games) is that they aren't brothers. There was a rumor about that in the remake of SM64 (SM64 DS), Waluigi was an unlockable character and the white door next to Wario's door turned purple. Kinda like the rumor with Luigi being in the original...but we all know Luigi isn't in the Original... Thanks
