recommendations?

i haven't played most of these (only heard of them) so i'll only comment on those i've played already

if you did buy a wii u and still have mario kart 8 in there, i don't recommend buying 8 deluxe unless you reallllyyy wanna play it on the go
if you don't have the wii u one then absolutely buy it, hands down the best mario kart gameplay wise

Undertale is feckin great, I think the experience feels more genuine on PC than switch so I recommend Steam version more, but I feel it's a good pick for Switch

Mario Maker 2 is kinda hard to recommend given even if it's got a lot of upgrades from the first game and it's got a story mode (although it's more a collection of unrelated levels connected with a mission board) the experience to play other people's levels is kinda weird given you don't get rewards like the first game's costumes
If you didn't play the first game then I think it's cool to play, even if the game doesn't have that much for it in the long run

Sonic Mania is a great buy too, it's got some confusing stuff if you aren't familiar with the franchise but it's still a super enjoyable game (even more with the updates they gave it). the Encore version is alright although i don't recommend getting it given it only unlocks some palette swaps for levels and two characters. Try to get Mania Encore on a bargain price (normally the entire package is 30$ aka 20$ game + 10$ DLC)

Crafted World is ehhhh super average
It doesn't hurt to play it but I don't recommend it given it doesn't have that much special going for it



and for those that i've heard great things about are Xenoblade, Three Houses, Cuphead and Astral Chain, so I think they would be good priorities

also how do you have a list of switch games without smash, mario odyssey and botw

Cuphead, Sonic Mania and Undertale are literally some of the best games ever made

Mario Kart 8 is also incredible and there's a ton of value in Maker 2 if you don't have that much money to spend on games

I don't think Town Hero, Risk of Rain 2, Animal Crossing or Xenoblade 1 are actually out yet

I specifically would not recommend Astral Chain

I can't personally recommend Fire Emblem or Celeste since I haven't played them but literally everyone that has seems to go s*** about them
