If U Heard , They Said "It Is The Last Major Update Before The Final Release" Meaning That Anything Can Happen Between Those Two Updates.

I guess,since it has Sandbag Soccer (Or Sandball if you want) there would be basketball or american football?

Nah, I think it would feel kind of repetitive.
Considering Arenas were mostly used (in real life) to pit warriors against several challenges, maybe we could get a Multi-Man variant just with Minions from different franchises (Koopas, Waddle Dees, Octoroks, Mets, Ki-Hunters, etc)

Probably Black Mage. I think he'd be a great Goalie.

Probably Goku. Sandbag can't react and punish the Kaio-Ken like non-helpless opponents can. :p

UI don't know who the best striker(get to the goal and get it in right away) would be, but Black Mage in an unsurpassable goalie with Stop, fully charged fsmmashes and dsmashes, and meteor. Nothing's getting past him. NOTHING

I think Meta Knight would be a solid Striker.

Bomberman could be an interesting character for Sandbag Soccer. Maybe setup P Bombs near the goals to prevent scoring? He could have the goal protected while playing a Striker position.

Im not actually sure.But as we see in the video,there is a room in the Sandball Soccer room,so Pikachu cant use his down special (my guess was Pikachu,but since that problem...)
