Even Brawl could have had DLC,

I don't think the Wii wouldn't have been able to handle that much. You have a point with the excisting data of those Six tho, but I dunno.

Plus, this is Nintendo we're talking about. I have never seen Nintendo making DLC for their games. It was my understanding that they just put everything they want into the game at once, and then go to a next project.

Maybe not downloadable content in the current sense, but again, stuff like bugfixes and character balancing would be absolutely necessary. Brawl had a problem with that and the fans had to make a Brawl Plus. Also, I don't even think Nintendo ever patched that Spin Dash glitch in the Hanenbow stage when it could probably have been easily done. Plus the advent of [insert game here] channels proves that Nintendo can do Downloadable Content. The Mario Kart Wii channel added new ghost data and special tournament events, and the Skyward Sword Channel patched that game-breaking glitch towards the end of the game. So a "Smash 4 Channel" could easily be done. Heck, They even made a Mario Kart 7 Channel and had it built-in to the game card and SpotPass on the 3DS could be classified as DLC. Heck, even Brawl sent a stage of their choice to players to use one day at a time every day for a while.

Not to metion Nintendo has talked about making DLC for their games already and even annonuced they would have DLC for that Fire Emblem game on the 3DS in Japan. And as for character creation, its a great idea, plus it has already been diccussed by the creators of SSB4, so why would anybody would doubt it?

What if everyone had their own victory theme like what was planned for SSBB. Just imagine what Luigi's and Jigglypuff's victory themes would be like, they could also bring back Ness's awsome victory theme from SSB and SSBM.

My speculation for victory themes:

This is under the assumption that all characters from Brawl return:

Victory theme speculations: show
Mario: Super Mario 3D Land level clear
Luigi: Something from Luigi's Mansion/2/New Super Mario Bros Wii level clear
Peach: New Super Mario Bros Wii level clear/Super Princess Peach level clear
Bowser: Super Mario 3D Land boss clear
DK: Dunno
Diddy: Dunno
Yoshi: Same as before, or Yoshi's Island level clear/world boss clear
Wario: Wario Land Shake Dimension level clear/Warioware win theme
Link: Dunno
Zelda: Dunno
Ganondorf: Dunno
Toon Link: Dunno
Samus: Dunno
Pit: Will likely be a level clear or boss clear from Kid Icarus Uprising
Ice Climbers: Same
ROB: Same
Kirby: Level clear theme from Return to dreamland (i know its the same, but sounds different)
Metaknight: Same as SSBB
Dedede: Something slightly different from Kirby's
Olimar: Level clear from Pikmin 3, otherwise same as SSBB
Fox: Dunno
Falco: Dunno
Wolf: Dunno
C. Falcon: Dunno
Pikachu: Dunno
Poke Trainer: Dunno
Lucario: Dunno
Jigglypuff: Dunno
Marth: Dunno
Ike: Dunno
Ness: SSB64 victory theme
Lucas: SSBB victory theme
G&W: Melee victory theme
Snake: Same
Sonic: Level clear from Sonic Colors, or level clear from Generations (also from Heroes)

Do not quote teh box

It was published about two weeks ago. I don't know what your definition of 'old' is, so I won't push it. Regardless, I was posting so that the people who haven't seen it, can.

What I meant by that is that everyone already knows about this; hence, "old news".

You don't equate to the many users on MG who actually have lives. You saw it, it doesn't apply to you, stop posting. Thanks.

Mario could use the level clear theme from Super Mario 3D Land, or something along the lines of that. Or stick to the original Mario Bros theme.

Ness's win theme didn't really give that Earthbound feel to it.

Hence i love Ness's win theme in SSF2, which does give that Earthbound feel to it.

What are you talking about? It had Earthbound written all over it. Don't you remember the 8 melodies? It took like the last 3 "Your Sanctuary" sounds and orchestrated it into something really cool. Best EarthBound music ever!

It's called an opinion.

Along with that, i've only played through Mother 3 and half of Earthbound.

Sorry.

Sorry.

My bad for snapping. I never considered that others haven't played Earthbound all the way through. Those sounds were towards the end.
I don't dislike the one they're using for SSF2, it's just, it seems too short in my opinion for a Smash Bros. victory theme. I dunno, maybe if they orchestrated it, it would sound better.

Speaking of Mother 3, do you guys think Lucas will be in 4? If he is, then they should totally portray him as he was when he was a teenager, and have him be brave this time around, instead of the bumbling idiot he was in Brawl.
