I'm not sure what mighty means here, but I think it is a bit ductile to say giant stars become neutron stars, because the really giant ones become black holes. (Of course a star made up of a degenerate electron gas is more fun. :))

I wish they were more specific. Not once did they give an approximate radius. Heck, they even said it spins at a certain rpm, but that's useless without the radius

The radius of a normal neutron star varies from 10 to 15 km. It depends on what method is used to calculate the radius.

Doubt it. The bigger it would be, the more mass it would need to maintain its impressive density. Well, it might be exceptionally small, I suppose...

I would very carefully venture that this one is likely slightly bigger than the average neutron star, but not much, so that the density is higher.
