"What point Ichigo?" You may ask? Here allow me to explain, there are no shows that meet your requirements, It's an impossible task!

But does this mean I lose? No, it just simply proves an even larger point, all shows that are currently on going and are above 200 episodes are of low quality (Both the animation AND story telling are pitiful.)

But, if you allowed me to roll back the years and the number of episodes, because as we both know Naruto could easily be made into less than 200 episodes without fillers and grunting, I would raise Yu Yu Hakusho as a perfect example.

Let me explain something to you, All T.V. shows have weekly time constraints that they must meet, thus, the quality all depends on how much work a studio is willing to put into their project during that week. So, a long show CAN look just as good as a shorter show, it's all in the hands of the animators or director. But hey, why shoot for higher quality when you have so many fan boys eating from the palm of your hand? Production costs must not be a huge issue, I mean, do you even know how little it costs to produce Naruto? Do you know how much they make from Naruto?

Watch FMA:Brotherhood. Over time the quality increased, it didn't just suddenly appear better after episode 21(random episode number)
That's not to say that Naruto's quality hasn't increased, it's just, the show remains a typical Shonen animated series, fight, zero movement and jaw flapping, fight, repeat...
