I would LOVE to see underused characters get picked up and have their metas advanced and popularised. People like Samus, Chibi Robo and a few others I feel like have so much potential. Other than that, not much. This meta in its current state feels pretty stale and most people are just waiting for Beta

Based on my memory, 9a Lloyd makes 9b Lloyd look C tier. Double Up B, Huge grab, amazing juggle potential. He was pretty god like.
Comared to the rest of the 9a cast, I can't remember. I don't remember many other chars being as strong as him, however. I can imagine him being at least A+ tier.

That's why I think Lloyd is so overrated tbh. However he had to go up against a good Sora, Brawl MK, Sonic and Brawl Pikachu and Melee Puff. He had a bit of a bad time.

Why did you get banned from the lounge in the first place?

Geno PM'd me saying that people were complaining about my post and I would be restricted from posting. I assumed that just meant I couldn't post but I could read posts so I was ok with it. Turns out what he meant was I was banned from even looking at the Lounge. According to regular Lounge members, I was toxic towards other people and pretty much just a straight up a******. If they didn't regularly delete threads there, I would probably put some of my posts into a paste pasta or something to show you that that was not the case but w/e. The Lounge has gone to s*** for the most part anyways and threads over there aren't really that fun to read anymore. Kinda glad I got banned from it to be honest.

tl;dr - Got banned for baseless reasons because moderation and communication on this website is terrible.

You can hop off the ledge by pressing in a direction that isn't towards the platform (i.e. the direction that lets you roll onto the platform).
For facing away, however, no.

Where would you put Black Mage on the current tier list?

Low A/High B. He's got some pretty dank utility but there other characters out there who just out-jank him overall.
In terms of tournaments, he's definitely viable.
