tfw you kick a** so hard with your Day 1 Bowser that people put him as the best character in the game


Seeing Bomber this low hurts my soul though. What have they done to you? Wasnt the Fair SFX nerf more than enough?

These are excellent. If you want to send me all of these via Google Drive, I can add them in a seperate SSF2 tier list. I can have renders and in-game photos -- just like SSB4 does. However, please do fix Samus and Sora. Samus' background is off-color and Sora is too hard to see.

I'd recommend making Bowser's icon fit like the rest of the characters.
Currently it's blurry.

A temporary tier list maker has been created for these new renders, I forked the forked code and fixed Axe's attempt at making this again. With any luck, he'll be able to use this to get it working on his tier list maker. Here it is.



In the meantime however, feel free to use this.

My tier list:

I feel like you lack experience with many characters.

Kirby Should be around bottom 10 or bottom 5 imo, he can't approach, dies early, lacks reliable kill moves besides Up throw, Aerial Hammer, and Up Smash, he has no good MUs besides Falcon and Yoshi, and he easily gets shut down by disjoints.

Luffy And Bowser aren;t even close to top 5, let alone high tier. All of Luffy's moves extend his hurtbox, making him vulnerable. He easily loses to characters with disjoints as well. Bowser has poor frame data, high end lag and many moves, mediocre recovery, and a meh neutral. Both are mid tier at best but i personally see them as bottom 10.

Sheik isn't top 10, she has a hard time killing. Though she could be top 15.

Why is Marth so low? He has good frame data and tipper gets him early kills. He also has a great recovery.

Jigglypuff should be lower, she dies very early, lacks range, and doesn't have a very good neutral. She should be C tier at best.

DK and Mario shouldn't be that low. DK has good grab combos, the strongest Back Throw in the game (yes, Ness doesn't have the strongest Back Throw in SSF2 surprisingly), good kill power, and good range on some moves. Mario has a great projectile that lasts long, sets up combos, and stops approaches, Dair to Up Smash is a thing, and he is VERY FAST (for some reason)

Lloyd isnt the best, he sturggles to kill (from my experience).

Wario isn't high tier, he lacks range and doesn't have any amazing approach options (except maybe Side Special and Bair).

Screw all that, WHY ARE BOMBERMAN, PACMAN, AND TAILS BOTTOM TIER?!

Is it possible to make a SSF2 version for this?

Seeing him in bottom makes me not take that tier list serious anymore tbh.

I'm not so sure about that imo.

is widely considered to be the worst character atm. He has poor mobility, bad hitboxes (from what i've heard), awful recovery, and his moves arent threatening.

is good and all, but he's definitely not the best. I can see him at around high tier tho.

2nd worst? nice joke kid. but really, his Side Special stops approaches and can edgegaurd, down tilt lasts a long time, nair has freakishly low end lag, F-Smash has good range and is safe on shield, Neutral B has good range and can set up kills and can go through shields as well, and he beats most of the cast including the top tiers like Fox and Falco. His only weaknesses are high startup on many of his moves and exploitable recovery.

I'll respect where you placed him because I thought he was high tier at one point. Luigi isn't very fast, he can struggle to kill, and he lacks range.

is definitely not even close to being the worst and he's definitely not bottom tier. His Fair has low end lag, he has kill confirms at 50%, his Up Spevcial isn't his only recovery option, his Down Special and Side Special can be used to recover as well. He also has strong kill throws.

is nowhere close to top 3. She isn't amazingly well at anything besides turnips stuff with floats.

shouldn't be so low, his dash attack has low end lag, his neutral Special is a good projectile that can set up combos, and he has a really good combo game.

is definitely not low tier, he has a bunch of tech with his moves that help him a lot at top level play.
