It is a kenjutsu because of the risk teammates are in, and misfire normally results in electrocuting the user to death.

OOC: I ment I only made one new one as in, I've only did one new jutsu since I've been in this chain of naruto RPs.

OOC: I have two respones to that comment.

#1. Its not really a chidori its more like, lighting pulsing in the swords then me spinning them at you.
#2. James still doesn't know he has the (damn I'm about to spell it wrong) mongyeu sharingan.

OOC: WTF!? Grimmjaw? Too many half Bleach references!!

Batt looks down. "Idiots..." He says.

OOC: Kakashi used Chidori without Sharingan in the Gaiden, and hit a Kage Bunshin properly. He just couldn't tell it was a Bunshin. So Sharingan is really good in that case, but not effing needed.
