A quick hello to all of you McLeodGaming fans here on the forums! I had no idea there were this many of you.
My name's Peppy. I just wanted to make an account here and pop in and say that it was very exciting to meet Cleod and the dev team of SSF2 this weekend at Apex, and I wanted to thank them on behalf of the staff for coming and being part of the experience! I hope they had as much fun as I did.  To be honest, I think I might have been the only volunteer staff member that spent a substantial portion of time in the Indie Dev room over the course of the weekend, so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out who I was, if you were there while I was. If you saw me, do say hello here as well! I also played a bit on Stream the first or second day (hard to remember, the whole weekend is a blur), playing primarily as 'Puff, so if you were watching the stream, shouts out to you as well. I can't promise I'll be active as a forum member here but I will definitely be following the project more closely than ever, after witnessing first hand the hard-working and helpful attitudes exhibited by the dev team. I suppose that's it. If any forum members who couldn't make it to Apex have questions about how the event went or about SSF2's role therein, and they don't want to bug the devs with questions, I'll be happy to hear them and give some answers. Lord knows that was half of my job the last four days, anyhow. Good to be here! |
