It's a funny Japanese prank that's all about Mr. Shake Hands Man, and his prime goal for the show is: to shake hands with a american celebrity as long as possible. That's the main point about the show actually, nothing special. It's funny because it shows how awkward a celebrity gets while shaking hands with a wierd Japanese reporter and how they are trying to get away. What this!
