According to recent raws: (and I think this one is actually a fake one)
Sakura gives up on Sasuke and reveals her love for Naruto. She says Sasuke isn't worth the trouble with all the crimes and stuff but Naruto has always been there for her. This is the best part, (and I quote): Naruto: "Cut the s***"
Whether its true or not, you decide, but part of it makes a lot of sense.

Why the hell would Sakura do that?
She's an idiot, and she doesn't deserve Naruto's attention. Or Lee's, for that matter.
