Please provide a little bit of reasoning? I can't really see why Kyuubit would look scum. In fact he looks pretty town to me, he's just been helpful to the town in general. (Also IIRC you're at L-1 now, so if you were trying to hammer yourself... well.)

Just in case anyone thinks this could turn out to be a super-duper-town-thing like Thomas in the last game: This is Axel quitting the game in a fit of rage. That doesn't say if he's town or not. That just means he's angry and frustrated. He hasn't claimed something that could explicitly be town, like a conditional reviver, and instead what seems to be a safeclaim.
A lot of his reads are thrown about without any reason, and instead based on what he thinks of a person. That's why he was so intent on lynching Geno a few games ago, (He admitted to this, too!) and always gave me a town read in the same game. He doesn't like Kyuubit at all, and I'm fairly certain he isn't too keen about Usuk, either.
Long story short:
Axel has NOT:
A.) Made a good claim
B.) Worked to the benefit of the town. (He hasn't had much time, but he certainly could do more than VOTING HIMSELF.)
Axel HAS:
A.) Done the same thing with reads in the past
B.) VOTED HIMSELF.
