I have watched about 1 1/2 episodes of Teen Titans; the one-half episode I didn't understand and the other, full episode was...weird.

that was the last episode? I thought the last episode is when terra came back except it was like a different person and she had no memories of beast boy or any of the titans.

lol the best was the episode where it shows how the titans met up, and starfire and robins first encounter ever was a kiss xD. (so starfire could learn the english language). Terra's a Mary Sue. There's no other way to describe it. She's just there to be the Benedict Arnold and Beast Boy's spontaneous love interest. The moment she was introduced, things went downhil. Almost zero character development, zero relevance to anything before, and most of all, ZERO FUN TO WATCH. Teen Titan's whole thing is that it's a good action show with a healthy dose of humor. Terra's introduced? Bang, no more humor.
