I don't believe that many new characters will be added to SSF2. I predict that the final version will probably be something like 1.0.4, with Beta and 1.0 being the only updates introducing characters.
We know that Bowser, Isaac, and Mr Game & Watch are coming. Pac-Man, Villager, and Young Link are rumoured, but I have heard previous to that that Young Link would never be added. Villager doesn't seem to fit in well, but Pac-Man is possible and could be good fun. I suspect there will be more villains than Bowser. (Wario, DK and Meta Knight aren't really villains) King Dedede and Ganondorf seem most likely, but I'd like to see King K Rool or Pokey Minch. I also believe either a new Sonic character (Knuckles, Shadow, or maybe Amy) or a new Final Emblem character (Ike, Roy, or Robin), and possibly a half-decent Pokémon (there are a ton of possibilities, but Mewtwo seems top-of-the-list) will be added. atm there are lots of characters in SSF1 but not SSF2, this may be remedied slightly. _________________ Tier List S: Waddle Dee A: Jeremy Corbyn B: Waddle Dee C: Waddle Dee |

i would love to see a ganondorf with his own unique moveset that isn't a copy of falcon's. i also think that krystal from the starfox series, falco, mewtwo, olimar from pikmin, and lucas from earthbound would be great additions.

Rumors and speculation i'd consider the same thing, you can't really have one without the other. That being said, it's not like the devs give anyone little tidbits for them to run off and start preaching. Especially some random youtuber, his guess is as good as anyones.

Most likely to happen...
