Can I 'hand' draw it in photoshop? I don't own a scanner, haha.

I think it should be all forms of drawing, not just by hand.

by this, i mean the thing where the picture changes depending on which menu you are looking at.

would this even work?

I don't see ANY indication that this contest has ANYTHING to do with SSF2. Why do you think it does?

This just hit me. What if we were to add our logos to our art when we finish them? Would that change it from Hand-Drawn to Graphic Art because it was graphically altered?

Surely you can find someone with a scanner. Like I said, the point would be to have it originate on good old-fashioned paper.

No of course they'd still be accepted as hand-drawn. I will go over the rules the contest begins.
