I speculate Luigi or maybe some other character as a "secret unlockable" in SSF2 Beta in the same way Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff and Black Mage were.

You can give the Assist Trophy just a Ribbon and Boom, is Ms. Pac-Man.
I honestly would like to see him playable, I liked his appearance in Smash 4

I speculate Garet or Ivan from golden sun makes it in. I don't really see or want Isaac being on his own.

Here's what i think about your roster prediction:
-Adding Geno and Chrono would mean SE has 4 reps, which is to many for a third party. I don't see either making it, but I could be wrong.
-Shadow and Knuckles, same as above
-We have 10 3rd and 4th partie reps right now so I think we'll only be getting 2-3 more, those most likely being Simon Belmont, Snake, and/or Luffy/Banjo Kazooie.
-Luigi is GOING to be in this game, He's the only character from the original 12 that's been unlockable in every game(with the exception of I think Jigglypuff)
-Lucario, Mewtwo, and Zoroark seems legit, but I don't see them adding all three of these guys; one of these guys will be missing
-Skull Kid but not Minda, I think that Toon Link and Maybe Toon Zelda/Tetra is more likely
-I can see us getting more 1st party newcomers. Andy and Lip allows the Devs to be creative with his moveset(which is probably the main reason they added CB), at the same time i think we'll get more new series reps than this, possibly Ray-MKIII or Saki.

Other than that I think that's a pretty decent roster prediction.

Luigi has to be in the final game. He's been requested for a long time now. He has to be the first character the devs develop for the full version. Or better yet, be an unlockable in Beta.

I really don't see Skull Kid, Geno, or Zoroark.

And Dillon, as much as I like him, is flat-out impossible; his game was released in February 2012, long after the roster was finalized in January 2010.

Considering we have stages like the 3DS, I don't think he's an impossible choice, and with his standout uniqueness, he has a pretty good chance of getting in Smash Flash 2.

Toughts:
-Geno: I'd like to see him, and I think he is pretty likely.
-Paper Mario: I honestly don't think Paper Mario could fit in, mostly because his franchise has been derailed to the point to lose most connections with the original games. I don't think he would be that unique to play as, mostly because he isn't that different from the actual Mario. I think there are better Mario reps than him: Rosalina, Bowser Jr, Dr. Mario (mostly due to popular belief, and that I main him)
-Skull Kid: I haven't got that far into Majora's Mask, but he's highly requested so maybe.
-Midna: I'd like to see her, but I don't find her pretty likely. (Btw, I think Toon Link could fit well in that list too)
-Zoroark: He/She is pretty popular altough I'd prefer Gardevoir. (Tough, both Zoroark and Garde are pretty unlikely)
-Lip: Same as Midna, I find moveset potential in her, but I find her unlikely.
-Andy: Never played Advance Wars so, no comment.
-Dillon: Same as above.
-Knuckles: I think 2 Sonic reps are enough
-Shadow: Same as above.
-Luffy: 3 Anime Reps are enough.
-Zero: Maybe, but in that case Megaman X should be added (you can easily give him a completely different moveset from Megaman)
-Simon: Simon Belmont? I only played Castlevania 4 so I'm not so sure who he is.
-Chrono: Yes, please. I honestly love Chrono Trigger.
-Rayman: Nah, I never really liked the Rayman series mostly because the franchise's style is pretty inconsistent (that's just my opinion, tough)
-Banjo & Kazooie: I liked the Banjo Kazooie franchise, but I find them unlikely (specially with their Nuts & Bults design)
But what the heck, we can all dream with our fanmade rosters, right?
This is just my opinion, and I'm perfectly sure mine's won't match with everybody else's.

Well, now I'm speculating Shadow and Knuckles. How Come? Why, Shadow has a ground game in the gamecube and now there is no Sonic game without Knuclkes, in addition to several games with them in the gba and other platforms!
