[Request] Problem with Preloader

I'm having a slight problem with my preloader whenever I try to create a motion tween on the fill I get this:
http://i30.tinypic.com/34y68gh.png and it eveuntally turns out like this: http://spamtheweb.com/ul/upload/070709/55875_Untitled-5.fla Did I insert the wrong keyframe or frame into the fill when it should've been the outline? The thing is, you can't tween random shapes. You need them to be a symbol first. select the object to be tweened, hit F8, name it, and then tween. Make sure it's on its own layer first, though.
