Not meant to be like facebook and im not 100% on this idea.
My suggestion can be taken in many different ways involving the DOJO and the forums.

Email notifications:
Absolutely optional in control panel,
Set up so you automatically get emails from the site about people posting in your topic or simply an update on the SSF2 DOJO. (seperate settings)
I always feel like im visiting the site to check the DOJO or check all the topics I have made WAY to often and I think the forums are expanding really fast.
The only thing that comes to mind about not having to visit the site every five minutes is email notifications or just become less active, which IMO is very difficult when you have active topic/interest in the forum.
Email notification can also slow down useless traffic *people who just come to check up* and lots of unneeded spam.

Its not because im lazy.
Being lazy isnt wanting to not click a couple times.
Its for convenience and to slow down traffic,
anyways it would be nice checking up on an iphone, cellphone or ipod.

Yeah, that's just what I was thinking.
You can turn on email notifications for topics, but the Dojo thing still stands.
Although I personally don't care about Dojo subscriptions.

Is it really that hard to just check the dojo every couple days?

Bookmarking has the purpose, but I personally don't like the emails of it, so I stick with logging on and checking and that's that.

After exploring and rereading lots of the rules/features I have realized how simple all this crap is, I have just never noticed.
On the other note getting updates by email from the dojo would still be amazing

I can pass the idea of email notifications over to the guys running the Dojo, but for now you'll have to live with the features we have here (subscribing to topics, email notifications when PMs are received, etc.)
