I need a free forum for school. I tried out some and found them to be really dodgy
It mostly needs no bugs and limited users

Forumotion is always a good free forum hosting site. I'm pretty sure it's free of bugs but not entirely sure about limited members.

I make my forums with InvisionFree. It has barely any bugs, very customizable, and unlimited users. It's just a bit more complicated than your average free forum.

I want limited users - about 15.
Basically the only thing I REALLY would like, is ease, the ability to choose who can join and who can't, and a small amount/no bugs
