How will other people understand what it means?

Other people (not including yourself) would have to know either by you telling them (in some way) before battling/trading, or by reading Nextoy's post about it.

they never introduce new pokemon in these kinds of generation extras, like emerald or platinum or w/e.

in b2w2 they've actually introduced a couple of new ones, even if they are combinations of other pokemon, so actually this one is on top

Working on making myself a competitive team right now. I've got an Adamant No Guard Machop to EV train, breeding for Dratini, and I'm weighing my options between ghost types. Golurk's fun, but not very helpful when I already have a No Guarder, Gengar or Mismagius are classic options, although I'm definitely gonna consider Chandelure once it hits the Dream World.

So, then, three main questions.
1. Should I go with Shell Smash Cloyster or Unaware Quagsire?
2. Rage Glitch HG/SS Flareon. How legal is it competitively?
3. When on earth did this become the general Pokemon topic?

First off, what kind of focus is your team going to focus on? Sweeping, tanking, stalling, what?

And to answer your questions...
1. Shell Smash Cloyster outclasses Quagsire by a long run. The only reason Quagsire should be used is to counter big water types like Kyogre.
2. First off...let me tell how much I love you for finding this (loves Flareon so much). Now...this is somewhat of a tricky question. Because you didn't actually "cheat" via device like Action Replay or Pokesav I wouldn't consider your Flareon illegal, but I'm not sure how people take upon Pokemon obtained or achieved via exploiting glitches.
3. Er...since Tuesday? Wait...it's Monday so...argh! My brain hurts.

To be honest, the moment I caught that Adamant Machop, I kinda feel like my team was destined for sweeping.

I wish they do something to let u know when Blaze,Overgrow and Torrent is activated like in the anime.

This Machop DOES have No Guard for its ability...right? If it doesn't, then don't bother. It's that ability that makes him so good.

I wont be surprised if they decide to make a giant pikachu the next legendary pokemon.
Actually I'm half expecting it.
