I live in an unincorporated area.
Basically as far backwoods as you can get from town.

They won't run cable here, so we have DSL.

About 8 or so years back we had to use Dial Up when DSL was king, but of course we didn't have access to DSL due to where we live.

Always cursed with slow connection.
I'm lucky to get 180 kb/s

When that becomes standard speed, Australia will have what you guys have now. And we'll still have to pay for it.

Go suburban Lakeland? Go Verizon and Brighthouse?

Nah, I'm just kidding. I remember the days of dial-up, couldn't talk on the phone and use the web at the same time.

Ah, 56k modems. Good times.

I'm so sorry.

That's like above the average speed I get when I'm in Thailand.

In Sweden its 10 Mbps.

We're actually a lot faster than some parts of US, but that's our fastest.

$46 billion spent on internet. Thanks, Government.

Man Ive just given up and gotten used to 157kbps for life.

That'd fill up my whole hard drive in 1/26th of a second anyway.
